Mazzaro's Italian Market

Stepping into the Mazzaro Italian Market, you are greeted by the irresistible aroma of warm bread, sharp provolone, sweet pastries, garlic, and rich espresso. The atmosphere is lively and inviting—deli slicers hum, voices call out orders, bottles softly clink in shopping baskets. Glass cases glow with cannoli, tiramisu, cookies, and freshly baked breads while the deli displays meats and cheeses like priceless treasures. Enjoy a quality deli lunch on the spacious covered outdoor patio. It is bustling and wonderfully authentic, like in the old country Italian Mom-n-Pop restaurant with the red and white checkered tablecloth with a Chianti bottle holding a candle as the centerpiece. Lunch is on your own. Enjoy every flavorful moment.

 

After lunch, continue the experience next door at Casa de Mazzaro, the kitchen and home goods shop featuring cookware, specialty teas, French presses, artisan tools and fun "foodie gadgets. Just steps away, Zagara Gelato offers Sicilian-style gelato and granita—the perfect cool treat.

 

Bring a cooler for your purchases. Arrive Mazzaro’s 11 a.m. and leave 3 p.m. Tour includes: Motorcoach transportation plus chilled bottle of water for return drive home.

Be advised that the bus will be stopping at all three pick-up points (Wildwood, Inverness and Ocala) for this and all tours.
