Experience the magic of the Christmas season on a one-of-a-kind holiday journey through Memphis and Nashville, where music, lights, and festive cheer come alive! This exciting six-day adventure includes five live performances, dazzling Christmas displays, and exclusive behind-the-scenes experiences.
We begin with a lunch stop in Rockford, IL, then make our way to St. Louis for an overnight at the Drury Hotel, kicking back in comfort before the holiday excitement begins.
In Memphis, immerse yourself in Graceland during Christmastime, where you’ll enjoy three hours to explore the festive grounds at your own pace. The evening features a private Elvis Tribute Artist Concert exclusively for Lamers Tour Members, followed by a delicious Memphis-style dinner, and a visit to Starry Nights, Memphis’s most famous Christmas light display — a sparkling wonderland sure to delight! Overnight at the Comfort Inn Downtown Memphis.
The next day, we head to Nashville, stopping for a comfort break along the way before arriving at the magnificent Gaylord Opryland Resort. Explore the resort and enjoy lunch on your own from its many restaurants. Take a ride on the Delta River Flatboats and check into your room before gathering for a southern-style group dinner at Paula Deen’s Family Kitchen, serving endless portions of classic entrees, sides, and desserts. The evening concludes at the legendary Grand Ole Opry, the world’s longest-running live radio show, showcasing a mix of country music greats and holiday cheer.
After breakfast, we enjoy a full-day Nashville tour with a Step-On Guide. Highlights include a guided tour of RCA Studio B, a self-guided visit to the Country Music Hall of Fame, and free time for lunch, shopping, and exploration of 5th and Broadway. The evening dazzles with the Gaylord Christmas Dinner Show, set amid extravagant atrium decorations — a theatrical holiday celebration with music, storytelling, and a magical dining experience.
On Day Five, go behind the scenes at the Grand Ole Opry on a backstage tour, then enjoy a festive lunch aboard the General Jackson Showboat. Experience the ICE! Attraction at Gaylord Opryland, featuring hand-carved ice sculptures, slides, and seasonal displays kept at a chilly 9 degrees — a frozen wonderland that brings the holiday story to life. The rest of the evening is yours to soak in the resort’s festive atmosphere.
Our journey concludes with a return home, with a lunch stop on your own, leaving you refreshed, inspired, and filled with the joy of the season.

Day 1: St. Louis
Your holiday adventure begins as we depart for St. Louis, Missouri. Upon arrival, we check into the comfortable Drury Hotel St. Louis.
Day 2: Memphis
We make tracks on our way to Memphis, where the holiday spirit comes alive at Graceland during Christmastime. We enjoy lunch on our own before spending a solid three hours exploring the Graceland grounds at our own pace, taking in the festive decorations and iconic Elvis exhibits.
Afterward, we check into the Comfort Inn Downtown Memphis to refresh. The evening is pure excitement with a private Elvis Tribute Artist Concert exclusively for Lamers Tour Members, followed by a scrumptious Memphis-style dinner.
To end the day, we journey to Starry Nights, the most famous Christmas light display in Memphis, immersing ourselves in its dazzling holiday magic.
Day 3: Nashville
We depart Memphis and head toward Nashville, with a comfort break along the way. Arriving midday at the Gaylord Opryland Resort, we have time to explore the resort’s breathtaking indoor gardens and enjoy lunch on our own at one of the many restaurants on property.
This afternoon, we experience the Delta River Flatboats, a unique way to soak in the resort’s festive atmosphere before checking into our rooms.
Tonight, we gather for a group dinner at Paula Deen’s Family Kitchen, where classic Southern-style entrees, sides, and desserts are served family-style in a warm, welcoming setting. The evening continues with a visit to the Grand Ole Opry, the world’s longest-running live radio show, showcasing legendary country music performances and holiday cheer.
Day 4: Nashville
After breakfast at the resort, we enjoy a full-day Nashville tour with a Step-On Guide. Our day includes a guided tour of RCA Studio B, a self-guided exploration of the Country Music Hall of Fame, and free time for lunch, shopping, and reflection along 5th and Broadway.
In the evening, we return to the Gaylord Opryland for an illuminated Christmas Dinner Show. Set amidst extravagant holiday decorations in the resort’s atrium, this theatrical production features festive music, storytelling, and a magical celebration of the season, all paired with a fabulous dining experience.
Day 5: Nashville
Today we get an exclusive Grand Ole Opry Backstage Tour, seeing behind the scenes of this legendary venue.
For lunch, we cruise aboard the General Jackson Showboat, enjoying a scenic and festive midday meal.
The afternoon brings the ICE! Attraction at Gaylord Opryland, a winter wonderland of hand-carved ice sculptures, slides, and themed displays kept at 9 degrees, featuring a new holiday story each year in dazzling frozen artistry. The evening is free to enjoy the resort at your leisure.
Day 6: Home
With hearts full of music and holiday spirit, we depart for home, bringing back cherished memories of Memphis blues, Nashville country, and a Southern Christmas celebration unlike any other.
