From Memphis, continue to Nashville and settle in for three nights at the magnificent Gaylord Opryland Resort, giving you time to truly enjoy this extraordinary holiday destination rather than simply passing through. Your Nashville experience continues with a delightful blend of music, history, and festive entertainment. Visit RCA Studio B and the Country Music Hall of Fame, enjoy free time to browse the shops and attractions of downtown Nashville, and go behind the scenes at the Grand Ole Opry. A festive lunch cruise aboard the General Jackson Showboat adds another memorable touch before you experience Gaylord Opryland’s spectacular holiday attractions. Wander among glowing displays and seasonal decorations, then step into the magical world of ICE!, where more than two million pounds of hand-carved ice bring Home Alone™ to life in a breathtaking winter wonderland.

Day 1: St. Louis
The Magic of Christmas Begins.
The excitement begins the moment you climb aboard and settle into your comfortable motorcoach. Enjoy an included lunch stop in Rockford, Illinois, at a Lamers favorite, then relax as the scenery rolls past your window and the anticipation of Christmas in Tennessee builds. Arrive in St. Louis and unwind at the Drury Hotel, where a comfortable evening and a good night’s rest prepare you for the holiday experiences ahead.
Day 2: Memphis
Start your morning with a delicious breakfast before we continue south toward Memphis, where music history and holiday magic await.
At Graceland, Elvis’ legendary home takes on a special glow during the holidays, with sparkling lights, Christmas trees, festive decorations, and the nostalgic atmosphere of Christmases past. Take your time exploring before joining your fellow Lamers travelers for an exclusive Elvis Tribute Artist Concert, where familiar songs and unforgettable memories fill the room.
Afterward, enjoy the savory flavors of a Memphis-style dinner before heading out beneath the evening sky to Starry Nights. Watch the landscape come alive with brilliant colors, glowing displays, and the unmistakable warmth of Christmas lights.
Day 3: Nashville
Enjoy breakfast before we trade the blues of Memphis for the country sounds of Nashville.
Upon arrival at Gaylord Opryland, step inside and leave the winter chill behind as you enter a spectacular indoor Christmas wonderland. Towering trees, fragrant poinsettias, shimmering ornaments, miles of garland, and millions of twinkling lights surround you beneath the resort’s soaring glass atriums. Enjoy lunch on your own, perhaps discovering a new favorite restaurant, then take a leisurely Delta River Flatboat ride through the lush indoor gardens.
Tonight, gather around the table at Paula Deen’s Family Kitchen for generous Southern cooking before heading to the Grand Ole Opry. Settle into your seat as the familiar sound of country music fills the theater and the spirit of Christmas takes the stage.
Day 4: Nashville
After breakfast at the resort, we enjoy a full-day Nashville tour with a Step-On Guide. Our day includes a guided tour of RCA Studio B, a self-guided exploration of the Country Music Hall of Fame, and free time for lunch, shopping, and reflection along 5th and Broadway.
In the evening, we return to the Gaylord Opryland for an illuminated Christmas Dinner Show. Set amidst extravagant holiday decorations in the resort’s atrium, this theatrical production features festive music, storytelling, and a magical celebration of the season, all paired with a fabulous dining experience.
Day 5: Nashville
After breakfast, go behind the curtain with a backstage tour of the Grand Ole Opry, discovering the stories and traditions woven into this legendary venue. Then settle in for a festive lunch cruise aboard the General Jackson Showboat, where delicious food, entertainment, and scenic views along the Cumberland River create a leisurely afternoon.
Next, prepare to step into a world of ice and imagination at ICE! at Gaylord Opryland. This year’s experience brings Home Alone to life with more than two million pounds of hand-carved ice. Wander through spectacular frozen scenes, admire intricate artistry, and enjoy thrilling ice slides in a magical winter wonderland kept at a frosty 9 degrees.
Then, as evening falls, dress for a truly special finale: POMP, SNOW & CIRQUEumstance Dinner & Show Experience. Begin with a festive holiday meal before the curtain rises on dazzling costumes, beautiful music, breathtaking acrobatics, and spectacular cirque artistry. Heartwarming storytelling and the excitement of live performance make this an evening filled with wonder, laughter, and Christmas spirit - the perfect celebration for our final night in Tennessee.
Day 6: Home
Enjoy a final breakfast before saying goodbye to the glittering halls and holiday magic of Gaylord Opryland. As we begin our journey home, settle into the comfort of the motorcoach and watch the Tennessee landscape fade behind you.
Enjoy a lunch stop on your own along the way and take time to reminisce about the music, laughter, delicious meals, sparkling lights, and special moments shared throughout the trip. You’ll return home refreshed and filled with memories of a Christmas getaway that was truly something to celebrate.
