New Glarus

Yodel-Ay-Hee-Hoo! Yodel-Ay-Hee-Hoo!

We begin our summer adventure as we set out to New Glarus, located in the rolling hills of Southwestern Wisconsin, in the heart of Green County. Swiss heritage and charm defines this community.

For our included lunch, we dine at the historic Chalet Landaus on a tasty authentic Swiss meal. Here we also have a fondue demo along with Swiss Entertainment. 

Menu consists of hot fondue, House Salad, baked rolls, Veal Wienerschnitzel, Roesti, Spatzli, fresh vegetable and dessert.

Afterwards, we stop at the Swiss Center of North America, where they showcase a wonderful collection of items from the Swiss immigrants. Time permitting the driver will take us on the “Painted Cow Parade” tour throughout the city streets. We end our Swiss tour by going to Bailey’s Run Vineyard & Winery for an included winetasting.
