Our first stop is the Wood Orchard Market in Egg Harbor. You'll find local produce, specialty food products, fresh bakery, home decor, gifts and so much more.
As you top the hill and head down the main street in Sister Bay, one can not help but get excited. For right in the middle of town, you will spot the goats on the roof at Al Johnsons! This grassy roof and those goats have drawn tourists and locals alike. An icon for visitors for over 58 years, Al Johnsons Swedish Restaurant has a rich history in this town and county! Our included lunch is Swedish meatballs, Swedish pancakes with lingonberries and ice cream. After lunch you will be able to do some shopping in the Butik or Skal retail store.
Embark on a breathtaking adventure with us aboard our magnificent 125-passenger, double-decker tour boat as we sail along the stunning shores of Green Bay towards the incredible Eagle Bluff Lighthouse at Peninsula State Park. Brace yourself for an immersive and insightful narrative that will transport you back in time as we delve into the rich history and heritage of the charming village of Ephraim, while admiring the impressive millionaires estate Englemar on Horseshoe Island.
Get your cameras ready as we approach the majestic Peninsula State Park, and witness the jaw-dropping Eagle Cave perched 40 feet above the shoreline. Our tour takes you on a journey of discovery, regaling you with fascinating tales of the French explorers and early Indian inhabitants that once called Nicolet Bay their home, as we cruise around Welkers point in the Park.
As we draw nearer to the Eagle Bluff Lighthouse, keep your eyes peeled for some of the native wildlife that call this area home, such as whitetail deer quenching their thirst along the shore or a majestic bald eagle soaring above. Join us on this unforgettable journey, where history and nature converge, and the beauty of Green Bay will leave you awe-inspired.
Please note: You will have a break on the return trip from Door County.
