Chicago Weekend Shopping Trip *Limited Departure Locations*
Back by popular demand! We begin our yearly holiday shopping trip and our first stop is Woodfield Mall, which is one of the largest shopping destinations in the United States. Surround yourself with fashion, food & fun with nearly 300 stores & restaurants. Woodfield Mall is home to Nordstrom, Macy’s, and J.C.Penney, while complimented with best brand retailers.
Our next stop (optional) is the Swedish retailer, IKEA, which offers a wide range of home furnishings at great prices! Featuring Scandinavian modern style furniture & accessories and offers everything for our homes...from storage options, lighting, décor products, kitchen, bathroom, outdoor items, and much more.
After shopping, you can enjoy the evening reception plus the amenities (including pool, hot tub and exercise room) at the Quality Inn located in Schaumburg, Illinois. Several restaurants are located within walking distance of the hotel. Included Reception hour 6 -7pm for our group (3 drinks per person-wine, beer or soda and light snacks.
After our included hot breakfast buffet at Quality Inn, we travel to Chicago to do some old-fashioned Christmas shopping along Michigan Ave. also known as the fabulous Magnificent Mile. Simply walking down this famous boulevard is a treat in itself especially during the holiday season when everything is decorated beautifully to embrace the season. Here world class shopping awaits you, from art galleries, electronics, chocolatiers, men’s & women’s fashion, jewelry, & so much more.
Enjoy the many boutiques that line Michigan Ave or one of the shopping centers such as The 900 North Michigan Shops or Water Tower Place. Finish your day off by strolling over to Daley Plaza to visit the Christkindlmarket, the largest German holiday market outside of Germany. This unique shopping experience offers a wide range of items including jewelry, clothes, ornaments, home décor, nutcrackers, and an assortment of sweet and savory foods.

Day 1
We begin our travel to Chicago today. Arriving at Woodfield Mall with an option to go shopping at IKEA. Our overnight stay is at the Quality Inn in Schaumburg which is located across the street from the mall.
Day 2
After your hot breakfast buffet you will go shopping downtown on Michigan Ave.
