Treat yourself to a fun-filled 2-day, 1-night shopping escape to Minnesota's world-famous Mall of America! Travel in comfort aboard a luxury Lamers Motorcoach with a professional driver and friendly Tour Director. From incredible shopping and dining, to exciting attractions and entertainment, this weekend offers plenty of time to explore at your own pace.

 

Day 1- Arrival at The Mall of America

After morning pick ups, we will make a convenient comfort stop before continuing west towards Minnesota.

 

A Lunch break will be made en route at Culver's (meal on your own), giving everyone the opportunity to relax and recharge before arriving at our destination.

 

We will arrive around 1:30 pm, and you will have five hours to experience everything this iconic destination has to offer. With hundreds of stores ranging from popular favorites to unique specialty boutiques, there's something for every shopper. Beyond retail therapy, you'll also find attractions including Nickelodeon Universe, SEA LIFE Aquarium, mini golf, escape rooms, movie theatres, and an endless variety of dining options.

 

At approximately 6:30 pm we will depart for our overnight accommodations at the Embassy Suites by Hilton on 34th Ave S in Minneapolis. After check in, the remainder of the night is yours to enjoy. The hotel is conveniently located near the Mall, and there is a Mall-Hotel shuttle available (schedule permitting) or numerous ride share services such as Uber or Lyft. There are also plenty of restaurants and entertainment options just minutes away.

 

Day 2- IKEA & Mall of America

Wake up to an included made-to-order hot breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy favorites such as eggs, omelets, breakfast meats, potatoes, fruits, pastries, cereal, yogurt, juice, and coffee. After breakfast and check out, we will head to nearby IKEA 9:30-11:00 to enjoy the morning before the Mall opens. Browse the showroom displays, discover practical home solutions, and shop for Scandinavian-inspired finishings, decor, kitchenware, and unique finds before the crowds arrive.

 

We will then return to the Mall of America, giving you additional free time to revisit favorite stores, enjoy lunch, or experience attractions you may have missed on Saturday. We will depart around 2:30 pm. Our journey home begins with a comfort stop at a rest area, and we will stop for dinner on your own, on the way back.

 

Return home with wonderful memories, plenty of shopping bags, and perhaps even a few treasures you never expected to find.
