Explore, dine, and shop while enjoying the glow of more than 3 million sparkling lights that transform the city into a breathtaking holiday wonderland. Your stay at the AC by Marriott places you within walking distance of the Visitor Center and Saint Augustine’s historic downtown district.
Your motor coach will arrive in Saint Augustine early Friday evening, giving you time to settle in and begin enjoying the charm of the city.
Saturday morning, board the included Old Town Trolley at the Visitor Center and enjoy a day of Hop-On, Hop-Off sightseeing at your own pace. Visit historic sites, browse unique shops, stop for lunch, or simply enjoy the sights and atmosphere around town.
The official Light Up! Night festivities begin Saturday at 4:00 p.m. Plan to make your way to the Plaza de la Constitución for the exciting “Flip the Switch” ceremony at 6:30 p.m.—the highlight of opening weekend. Arrive at least one hour early for the best experience. For added comfort, consider bringing a folding chair or blanket. Live music in the gazebo and wonderful people-watching opportunities help make the wait part of the fun.

Your motor coach will depart from the hotel Sunday morning at 10:00 a.m.
Day 1
Depart for St. Augustine and the AC by Marriott Hotel. Evening is free for your exploration and dining pleasure.
Day 2
This morning after breakfast, board the Old Town Trolley at the Visitors Center to begin your day of Hop On Hop Off Trolley exploration of St. Augustine. Begin making your way to Plaza de la Constitución in time to get a good viewing area for the festival's opening ceremony at 6:30 p.m. Enjoy the live music in the gazebo and people watching to entertain you.

After breakfast the motorcoach will depart the hotel at 10:00 a.m. for our comfortable journey home.
