Branson Vacation
Come away with Lamers for a fun-filled head start on the Holidays Ozarks style in Branson, Missouri! Together we will experience world-famous live music shows, fun-filled attractions, the beauty of the Ozarks, delicious food, and hospitality that will make you feel right at home. Famous for its role in the entertainment industry, Branson is an amazing place to visit. This city is home to nearly 50 theaters, several theme parks, three major lakes, and hundreds of shows, attractions, restaurants, and shopping venues. The city draws more than seven million visitors each year.
In Branson you and your new friends will make memories that will last a lifetime. The live shows in Branson�run the gauntlet from�comedy and dinner to popular national musicals and theater productions. Branson offers more than 100 shows of which we will enjoy six during our stay. Our first show when we arrive on our second day is the Dutton Family Show to kick off our stay. On day three, we’ll enjoy The Broadway to Bublé show in the morning, and The Hits of the 60s Holiday Show in the afternoon before enjoying The Haygood's Family Holiday Show after dinner tonight. On day four, we'll take a trip on the Showboat Belle for lunch and entertainment and after dinner we attend the Miracle of Christmas Show, the largest Christmas Show in Branson.
Down-home cooking will be an added attraction on our trip, and we will eat at some of the best places, including the Black Oak Grill, Pasghetti's theme restaurant, the Showboat Belle and McFarlains to mention just a few.
With so many things to see and do, all that is left to do is sign-up and pack your suitcase. We'll see you in Branson!
Day One - Sunday
We depart Florida enroute to our Alabama neighbor. There will be comfort stops, normally every three hours along the way, as well as a stop to grab a bite for lunch. Then on to our hotel, Drury Inn & Suites Birmingham Grandview for dinner and a well earned night’s rest.
Day Two - Monday
Leaving the hotel at 8 AM and making a rest stop at Mississippi Welcome Center, then on to a quick lunch before continuing on to Branson. Tonight finds us at our destination Branson and the LaQuinta Inn for the next three nights. We make a quick check-in and freshen up before returning to the bus for dinner at the Black Oak Grill before enjoying The Dutton Family Show.
Day Three - Tuesday
Known as the “live music capital of the world” we partake in three great shows today. The Broadway to Buble’ Show in the morning at 10 and at 2 p.m The Hit’s of the 60’s Holiday Show with Dinner at Pasghetti’s Themed Restaurant before going to The Haygood’s Family Holiday Show.
Day Four - Wednesda
Today we have two wonderful shows on tap and a visit to the Veterans Memorial Museum. At noon we will board The Showboat Belle for Lunch and an Entertainment Cruise. Dinner tonight is 5:30 at McFarlain’s before attending The Miracle of Christmas Show at 7:30. It is the largest Christmas Show in Branson!
Day Five - Thursday
After breakfast at our hotel we begin our journey back home. As on our first day, we will have comfort stops along the way as well as a stop for lunch. Our hotel tonight is Drury Inn Birmingham Alabama Grandview where dinner and a comfortable bed await our arrival.
Day Six - Friday
Today on our way home we will continue to have comfort stops along the way before we drop off our new friends in Ocala, Inverness and Wildwood. It’s good to be home with new friends and memories that will endure.
