Asian Lantern Festival

Step into a dazzling world of light and color at the Asian Lantern Festival at the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens in Sanford, Florida, which is one of eight locations in the U.S. hosting this annual Asian Lantern Festival. Due to its popularity, Lamers is offering four tour dates for you to experience this unique and spectacular "Into the Wild" themed festival. Choose the date that works best for you, or join us for more than one adventure! Also, this year the festival offers two evenings exclusively for adults: December 10 and January 5.

Stroll through a three-quarter mile spectacular wonderland of larger-than-life glowing handcrafted lanterns. Marvel at brilliantly illuminated displays featuring exotic animals, majestic dragons, colorful flowers, towering trees, and whimsical creatures. Each intricate lantern is brought to life with thousands of brilliant lights, creating dazzling scenes and magical photo opportunities around every turn. It is an enchanting evening of luminous artistry and unforgettable sights.

Food and drink offerings are available for purchase throughout the festival.

The tour includes round-trip motorcoach transportation, admission ticket to festival, and chilled bottle of water on return drive. Make sure your cell phones are charged and wear comfortable walking shoes. Arrive at festival before 6:00 p.m. (reservation time) and depart at 9:00 p.m.

Be advised that the bus will be stopping at all three pick-up points (Wildwood, Inverness and Ocala) for this and all tours.
