This tour’s focus takes travelers to the amazing Ark Encounter, the one-and-only full-sized replica of Noah’s Ark using the Bible’s exact measurements. Here visitors journey through centuries of history as the pages of the Bible come to life.
Day 1
Your adventure begins as you motor with your fellow travelers to the Ark Encounter & Creation Museum in Kentucky. Today we’ll travel to Chattanooga, TN and as far as the Hampton Inn for our first overnight. Dinner is included at the Cracker Barrel before we rest our heads for the evening.
DDay 2
The day we’ve been waiting for is here! After breakfast we depart for Williamstown, KY and the colossal recreation of Noah’s Ark at The Ark Encounter complex. Built according to the exact dimensions given in the Bible it spans 510 feet long, 85 feet wide and 51 feet high. This modern engineering marvel amazes everyone who sees it. Enjoy your lunch at the Asmara Café right on sight. Take your time since you have all day to experience this exciting attraction. After a full day we’ll check into the Quality Inn nearby for the night and enjoy dinner on your own at Cracker Barrel.
B, LDay 3
After breakfast we will depart for the Creation Museum where we will immerse you into earth history as God has revealed it in the Bible. Nearly 150 exhibits feature fearsome animatronic dinosaurs, talking heroes of the faith, and professional displays that honor God´s Word. The museum also boasts a fun-filled, 200-seat special effects theater, a state-of-the-art planetarium, a petting zoo, nature trails, and lots more. Lunch will be included today at the museum. After lunch we will travel to the Kentucky Horse Park and meet thoroughbred legends and learn more about different horse breeds at this world-renowned facility. After a fun filled day we will have dinner at the Kentucky Fried Chicken Museum/Café where it all began. Then we will rest for the evening at the Comfort Suites in Knoxville.
B, L, DDay 4
It’s been an eventful few days but it’s time to start our travels homeward bound. We hope you had a wonderful time exploring with us, these two great attractions. After breakfast we will head into Georgia and have lunch at the Shoney’s in Forsyth, GA. Then we will travel to Love’s Travel Stop in Tifton, GA for our final stop before heading for Wildwood FL. We hope you enjoyed your tour. See you traveling with us again soon!
