Day 1
Your adventure begins as you motor with your fellow travelers to the Ark Encounter & Creation Museum in Kentucky. Today we'll travel to the Golden Corral in Macon, GA. for lunch. After lunch, we head to The Atlanta Aquarium to enjoy the many marine creatures and sea life before travelling as far as the Townplace Suites in Chattanooga, Tennessee for our first overnight. Dinner is not included but will be enjoyed at the nearby Cracker Barrel on your own.
LDay 2
After breakfast we depart for The Sanders Cafe & Museum before traveling to Williamstown, KY and the colossal re-creation of Noah's Ark at The Ark Encounter complex. Built according to the dimensions given in the Bible, it spans 510 feet long, 85 feet wide and 51 feet high. This modern engineering marvel amazes everyone who sees it. Enjoy your lunch at the Asmara Cafe right on site. Take your time, since you have the remainder of the day to experience this exciting attraction. After a full day, we'll check into the Holiday Inn & Suites, Covington, KY. for the night and enjoy a delicious dinner buffet before retiring.
B, L, DDay 3
After breakfast we will depart for the Creation Museum where we will immerse you into history according to the Bible. Nearly 150 exhibits feature stunning exhibits, dinosaur bones, fossils, botanical gardens, a planetarium, zoo, zip line course, and more. The museum also boasts a fun-filled, 200-seat special effects theater, nature trails, and lots more. Lunch will be included today at the museum. After lunch we board the bus and head to Old Friends, a retirement center for former Kentucky Derby and Preakness winners. Learn their histories while feeding them carrots and watch the horses in the paddocks enjoying their retirement. Then we will rest for the evening at Townplace Suites in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
B, LDay 4
After breakfast we will head to The Lookout Mountain Incline Railroad for a quick ride to the top. Then we will travel to Buc-ee's in Ft Valley, Georgia. for a stop before heading for home. We hope you had a wonderful time exploring these two great attractions.
