Hosted by the Tarpon Springs Merchants Association, this beloved annual event brings together the best of food, culture, and coastal charm in downtown Tarpon Springs. While the fresh seafood is the main attraction, the festival offers much more than delicious bites. Visitors can enjoy a culinary competition featuring top local chefs, browse nautical-themed arts and crafts, and explore vendors offering fishing gear, kitchen tools, and of coursenatural sea sponges.
